For AMD 2018, Nike invited young creatives of NYC to come and design the future of Air Max. Guests were mentored by Nike footwear design teams and put through the same work-flow experience they use to create actual product. At the end of the 3 hour session, guests presented their ideas on camera. Cities across the globe leveraged this model and voted for their own hometown favorites. For AMD 2019, each city’s favorite creation was brought to life and Nike created 10 new footwear designers in the process.
